All of my clothes are thrifted - and I've been doing this since 2009. Fast fashion is something that worries me, and I think it's one simple way many of us can reduce the impact of consumerism on the environment. In this video I'll explain the meaning of fast fashion and how you can make the switch without inconveniencing yourself too much.

Of course, remember that this video isn't to guilt or force you to do anything, but to give you a new perspective. Choose what fits best for your lifestyle. And by no means do I think owning more stuff is a bad thing - it's only when it becomes excessive and causes stress in people's lives (and adds to unmanageable clutter) that I think it becomes an issue.
