Hey Y'all! So I am currently 5lbs away from my goal and since I've been so consistent with my weightloss I wanted to share what I've done so far. I really hope you enjoy and thumbs up if you enjoy! My starting weight was at 175, My current weight is 145 and my goal weight is 140. I just started working out to build muscle and definition. I work out about 4-5 days a week for at least 30 minutes.
