In today's video I show you How I meal prep lunches for the week. For some of you that may not know I am a full time 6th grade special education teacher with a 4 hour commute per day! So you can imagine how little time I have during the week for anything and thats why I have to meal prep for the week. Meal planning saves you so much times, and it also saves money on groceries. You can find recipes based on what's in season, or you can just buy in bulk since you'll be making at least 5 lunches! Now I like to make my lunches a little different from one to the next so you'll see that some lunches have recipe and for some lunches and made zucchini noodles with my spiralizer.
