Today I'm taking you along with me to show you what a regular day for me looks like.

Meditation and doing spiritual work is part of my life, part of my practice and the core of my activity as a healer. So everything I do has some sort of ritual aspect to it or some sort of luxury-emphasis spiritual attribute.

I start the day doing a couple of rituals; during the day as well and I end the day with , you've guessed it, a ritual that involves either NLP (neuro linguistic programming) that could be meditation, affirmations or praying or channeling deities I call upon for specific work. It really all depends, but in the end, it contributes to elevate me to where I feel most comfortable, awaken.
