In today's video I test out the new Maybelline Brow Perfecting Highlighter to shape and accentuate brows as stated on their website. At the time of filming this video I wanted to use the new brow precise perfecting highlighter to shape my brows. But then I thought.. why would it be to shape my brows if it's a highlighter? And I don't love it as a highlighter. Turns out the new maybelline brow perfecting highlighter is actually suppose to do both, it's suppose to SHAPE AND ACCENTUATE your brows.
