This is a super easy SFX touch you could add to almost any costume to spice it up. This also could be placed ANYWHERE your heart desires.. you could do this on your face, sides of your mouth, arms.. etc!! It's sad I have to say this.. but of course this is not meant to offend anyone that has an actual scar from stitches. I have a scar like this myself!! Now that thats out of the way..
