Hopefully you could relate to some of the things I had to say today, or hopefully this gave you an inside look on depression if you're trying to understand someone you love that has it. Just know that you're never alone, even if it may feel like that a lot of the time. Just take things one day at a time, you can fight this dark demon following you around- don't let it win.
