Hey everyone! I received a very pretty, very cool dress from Forever 21. I am saying cool because it is the kind of dress that you can beat the heat in. I don't think this dress is still on sale on the website, but they have some other equally as cute short, belted dresses in their plus size section. I am wearing a 3x. I normally wear an 18/20 or 3x. I can say that is does fit me very well, and it has an elastic waist. I think this dress was under $30.
