How To Strobe | Strobing Tutorial - The NEW Contour?!

In today’s tutorial I am going to be going over a new makeup technique called “Strobing”!! Some of the other names for this technique are: Anti-Contouring, Over Highlighting, & The NEW Contouring! But basically to keep it simple, you just apply your highlighter with a heavier hand than normal! Doing this creates a “natural” contour by bringing all of the highlighted areas forward and leaving the un-highlighted areas back. Kind of like an optical illusion, & great for us lazy girls!! Lol!!
