Apply with a damp sponge or brush!

Revlon's Colorstay has excellent coverage and a generous range of tones and colors. However, the formula is fairly thick and because of that I don't think it feels light on the skin. There are a few tricks to getting the most out of this foundation: 1) apply with a wet/damp sponge or brush and 2) use very little product and only build on areas you need more coverage (otherwise it has a tendency to cake up). Overall, this is the best drugstore foundation on the market and what I prefer to use on a daily basis.
