I have terrible acne one day and a couple of days later clear skin. I only have problems on my T-zone. I wash my face twice daily. My bumps/pimples hurt and irratate me. Any advice to keep it clear???

Hi I have bad acne too, and what I suggest is keeping up a face wash routine that works with your skin type. And make sure not to irritate the bumps or pimples because that will just make them worse. And before bed I put on an acne spot treatment that you can get at any drugstore, but if it really becomes a problem I would go see a skin doctor. Hope I helped!

Have you tried philosophy clear days ahead ? I used that on my acne and it was pretty severe, within a few days my skin was starting to look smooth. I rarely had any breakouts after using it.
