Flat top powder brush from the studio line is a must. The matte red lip pencil is almost comparable to the Tarte one. I swear by the $3 brow kit too. Nothing works so perfectly for my brows, and it's only $3

St lucia Bronzer/blush duo. The blush is a literal carbon copy of nars orgasm!! And the elf powder brush is AMAZING for applying liquid foundation!!

I've used the concealer and it's not my favorite but works well enough, especially for a couple dollars! I didn't really like the eye primer but everyone else seems to. A lot of my friends who normally only use high-end products love the ELF eye primer.
