Hi girls, I ride horses all the time and my hair is always in my helmet so my hair isn't very healthy, any tips or products to keep the damage to a minimum? thanks so much!!

When you're riding braid it. Also use a deep conditioner weekly (or even twice a week). I like Aussies 3-minute miracle.

I don't know if you can but if you can, try washing the inside of your helmet on occassion to help avoid sweat, dirt and oil/product buildup.
