I have brown sneakers and I wanted to know what colors could I pair with them in my wardrobe? what color jackets, shirts and bottoms will make this work?

I think brown suits with so much collors, but maybe a black jacket, a bright shirt and just a denim jeans?

I have Chucks (Converse) in brown and I wear them with my black skinny cord pants, khaki shorts and white tee...my pink flowy skirts with chocolate brown tank. Brown is such a perfect shade that works with a lot of colors.
