I know it not beauty related but as I don't want to makeup a youtube channel should I make a blog to share with you guys beauty tips and skin , hair , nails etc.routine?

If you feel like you'll be committed and dedicated to do the work then yes its very fun. if you want it to be successful you need to be serious about it and make sure its unique enough for people to want to read it. I have a blog myself, and its a lot of fun but quite a bit of work. just my opinion (:
