Just wondering. Mine is:
40 crunches and 20 push ups in the morning. This week's breakfast: yogurt with fruit, oats, and honey(high in fiber!)
3 days a week go to the gym: 30 mins cardio minimum, 30 mins weight training minimum.
Lunch: smoothie. Best way to hold you over until lunch and healthy
Snack: trail mix. Include m&ms to satisfy your sweet tooth!
Once a week: treat yourself to ice cream, warm cookies & milk, etc. no more than 60 sugars, though

Are you adding protein/and or veggies to your smoothies? The fruits are great but the natural sugars that it contains can be a hinderance if you're trying to maintain weight. Keep the carbs for AM consumption since your body is in the rev,rev mode during this time. Protein helps maintain weight loss and is needed to build muscle strength. Ok, let me stop with the lesson.lol. I've been proof-reading my trainers notes on proper nutrition today so my brain is overwhelmed with details that I want to share. I recently had to cease working out for a bit because I was diagnoised with adrenal fatigue but before my crash I lived at the gym because I'm a figure competitor. I ate super clean...m&m's in a trail mix was a no,no. I would almost call it extreme clean eating. All so my muscles could appear toned and lean in stage. Whey protein was my best bud and I would consume 3 whey protein shakes a day. In addition to three main mails and three small snacks. Back to gym...I hate indoor cardio so I would do outdoor activities like cycling or swimming. I had my weight lifting broken up into 3 segments at 6 times a week for approximately 2 hours for each gym visit. I also did plyometrics (such as the squat jumps). Sorry it was super long but I love fitness questions. :)

I wrote a post exactly like this the other day and I got so many bratty comments ! Glad your getting some nice answers :) mine is 9 miles on a bike (sounds like a lot but its really nothing) 2 miles on a treadmill, about 30 min on stairs, ten min worth of weights (squats, hips etc) and then about 100 sit ups... I do this 3 times a week .

Thanks for all the replies!! I've been thinking of going into a whole liquid based diet. I do add lots of veggies! In fact, that's what makes up most of it :) do you have any opinions of having three shakes a day, if I make sure to include all nessecary nutrients?
I am currently overweight. I'm a teenager, but I've struggled with image since age 9. I still have quite the pot belly, and my legs are big. I have a lot of muscle under all the fat... But I still have a BMI of 27%. I'm hoping o get it down to 20%. I'm going to Hawaii in January, does anyone know of any diets or tricks I could do to loose the fat by then, or at least start?

Start in small steps because rapid weight loss isn't healthy for anyone....especially one who is still young. You're right on track with maintaining a balanced diet. Glad to hear veggies are in the mix. :) Just keep up with what your doing but probably just increase your visits to the gym to 5 days a week and increase the time on cardio and up the number of reps with the weight training. I'm not a big fan of all liquid diets because there is no way to truly get the proper amount of calories required for your body to perform and function properly. Protein assist greatly in weight loss and is needed to create toned muscle. Do not restrict your calories to the degree that its near starvation. You are right on track Tia B. but you want to be safe about it. :)

Thank you both!! Means a lot. I will start bringing a protein shake with me to the gym, and I'll increase to 4-5 days a week. Thank you so much!!
Emma P. ... I'm actually a vegetarian... Haha! Although, my family and I eat tofu regularly, as well as other forms of protein.
