Bh cosmetics would be your best bet. You can get colored and neutral shadows in one palettw.

If you want to do something expensive I would say naked but your a beginner so I agree with Lindsay

Wet N Wild is great but use a primer! And your own brushes and not their applicators... As for palettes, I loveeee my Naked Palette's!:)

Nyx has some nice neutral matte eyeshadows which are cheap (drugstore prices) and good quality. They have single eyeshadows as well as trios and palettes.
