Hey guys so I found this herbal essences shimmer spray and I don't know what to use it for. This is the description: get your shine on with my special formula. I'll help create a shimmering shield around your strands so heat damage won't cramp your style.

You spray it on your hair. from the looks of the description it looks like a 2 in 1. heat protectant and shimmer. spray your hair with it before uyou use heat on your hair, and it will make your hair shiny (in a healthy good way) just don't get TOO much on the top of your head.
