My hair is dry and super frizzy!! I only use heat maybe once a month to straighten it. Is there any products I can use to help it? I don't want to spend too much money.

Do lots of hair treatments.
Coconut Oil with Castor Oil I find helps with frizz ☺ I usually leave it in my hair for an hour! I also recommend looking at some hair masks for dry hair - One n' Only Argan Oil products work well on dry hair ♥
Keep in mind that dry hair is usually frizzy so I would focus on the dryness first and see if maybe after you need more for frizz.
