So, I started working out last March and have been dealing with greasy hair everytime I finished exercising. And is it okay to wash your hair everyday? Wouldn't it damage your hair?

Seline, do you wash just using shampoo or wash using both shampoo & conditioner?

I was my hair every day. But I can't tell if it damages it, because its damaged already from straightening.

Washing your hair everyday will make your hair used to this I dnt think it hurts but if you wash hair daily avoid using heat products and let it air dry

I wash mine every day! the only thing you need to be careful of it you'll get so used to it that your hair will more than likely feel and be greasy the very next morning (some people are able to not have to wash they're hair for 2-3 days) but you'll notice you're hair won't be able to stay clean for that long anymore but that's just your body adjusting to washing it daily :) xx

I agree with Beth! I used to wash my hair almost everyday about 3 years ago and it always got greasy after only one day- probably also because of puberty, but after I started washing it only after 3-4 days it didn't get greasy as easily as before. Now, since I almost passed puberty, I don't wash my hair in 4-5 days (except when doing sports) and it doesn't get greasy.

I wash my hair everyday since I started doing exercise and sports everyday too:)
And I use the Marc Anthony oil of morroco argon oil shampoo and conditioner it's also sulfate free
And since I wash my hair everyday I put argan oil in my hair so my hair dosnt dry out
It also keeps my hair healthy and smells so amazing

Washing your hair everyday is fine, definitely! I just don't recommend using shampoo every day you wash it (I use it once every two days!) because it will strip your hair of its natural oils.

I wash my hair everyday. And I just sulfate free shampoo and conditioners in cool water. Sometimes though when my hair isn't necessarily dirty I'll just wet it and condition my ends. I absolutely have to wash my hair everyday otherwise it will not fix. My hair is really thick and course and it doesn't get oily from not washing but it gets really limp and just looks terrible (even if I try dry shampoo's). Honestly though everyones hair is different so I just do what works for me and my hair looks great. I also do lots of oils and deep conditioners and I get my hair cut about every six weeks because of its style and I do a lot of styling, but my hair is very healthy.
