I really like their way to grow leave in conditioner so I'd give it a try. Hair growth is determined by genetics so you won't see crazy results but it should at least make your hair stronger so it can grow longer :) I have noticed my hair does feel longer since I got the leave in conditioner about a month ago. The only thing I don't love is that they add fragrance to their products, but it doesn't seem to have had any bad effects on my hair so I guess it isn't so bad lol.
