I wouldnt use the elf gel liner because throughout the day, it tended to run for me. Theres this L'oreal intense liquid pencil liner that is amazing though. It doesn't budge for me, extremely easy to applicate, and its only $9 at a rite aid(:

Mac graphblack is my all time favorite. Period, end of story. It's the best.
Now, aside from that if you need cheaper options, try the elf felt tip one or covergirl with the smudger on one end.

Liquid- Palladio, I've had it for forever and it stays put! Pretty cheap too
Still trying to find a good pencil eyeliner, I've tried the 24/7s and the color and quality is amazing but mine didn't last long because it splintered whenever I sharpened it. Right now using Palladio and maybelline. I like the maybelline master drama the best
