Depends on how much you want to spend. If you ar going on a 25-50 I would suggest a lipstick from mac and some eyeshadows, like urban decay naked basic or maybe hoola bronzer or porefessional by benefit. If you are going for the 50-100 think about the naked 3, mac lipsticks, primers like paint pot or urban decay eyelid primer(don't know the name), a fundation ( IF YOU KNOW FOR SURE HER SKIN TONE) or a bb or cc cream would be great :) Also maybellines lipticks or the rocket mascara and the falsies are great!

Just a small tip, it's quite hard to buy lipstick for another person because what you may like may not suit them or they may just have a different taste then you. I don't think you can go wrong with a palette though! Check out the Too Faced Chocolate Bar or the Smashbox Master Class 2 palette. Good luck!
