The NYX photo ready primer = my FAV! It applies white on the face and isn't thick and will actually leave your skin soft, I have sort of dry skin as well and it's not too expensive and works wonders!

Jacqlyn! I am currently having the same problem as you but I have oily skin! I would go to sephora if I were you and pick up a sample of the korres yogurt primer! I have not used it yet, I got the sample yesterday so I am going to try it out for the first time in the morning! I told the lady that I have very sensitive skin and that EVERYTHING breaks me out and she directed me to this! I do have oily skin, but this primer says it's nourishing! She did recommend this one and I just bought a moisturizer that will help mattify my skin so hopefully it balances me out! Lol but good luck girl! Let me us know what you get! I believe it's $30 so it's a little over your budget, but at least try the free sample!

They also had a pomengranate mattify primer (which you said you don't need) but the Greek yogurt aspect looked so appealing so I had to try it! Haha.

And my skin has recently become dry due to acne medications so I am hoping this will keep me moisturizer as well!
