How do apply mousse because every time I try to put it on it turns out really poofy and no waves/curls :( and I've gone through a bunch of different kinds of bottles...

Try it when your hair is wet. Comb it through after applying it and go from there :)

Best bet is to stop using moose a lot of them have alcohol or chemicals in then making your hair crunchy and dry which equals to frizz and puffy try using a protein gel and rub it in your hands and scrunch your hair with it also try putting in a curl cream to add moisture and help with a natural texture my hairs crazy Curley and I use this with a diffuser all the time ;)
