I honestly have horrible..HORRIBLE oily skin! Thus I also have acne prone skin. I am not into having FULL coverage and am fine with the fact that I do indeed have blemishes but I need some serious help with my oily skin!

I currently use Neutrogena SkinClearing Oil-Free makeup which contains Blemish treatment with Salicylic Acid. I am used to disappointment due to my limited budget BUT I can say I have enjoyed using the product. it doesn't break me out and I have noticed my skin remaining clear of breakouts even if I had forgotten to wash and treat my face.
The problem remains in the oil. I constantly have to pat my face to remove oil and I try and stay away from thick/mucky powders that will suffocate my skin, creating more oil so that my skin CAN breath.

I totally agree with Jacqlyn and love that you embrace your skin. I have ridiculously oily skin too and have tried just about the full spectrum of foundations but have realized that the best way to "treat" it is through skin care. I use the Algenist multipurpose moisturizer (oil free) and allow it to settle for about 10+ mins before applying make up. I use Boscia blotting sheets before primer in any areas that are shiny. Still on the hunt for my HG primer but I like Hourglass Veil Mineral and Lorac Poreless oil free. I've recently started using Korres mattifying primer and so far so good. I loved Beccas Ever-matte primer but I started having texture issues after a week.
Foundation Hourglass Immaculate literally dries to a powder finish and when paired with their primer is amazing with light to medium coverage. I always go back to Smashbox 15hr and Cover FX CC cream.

Mosturisers work great. A good moisturiser from an acne kit such as Proactive works good...

My HG products for my oily skin are Rimmel 25 hour foundation and 3 in 1 by covergirl worked for a little bit. I don't like it now but it was good when I first used it. As for primers, there are no good ones out there in the drugstore for oily skin. I love porefessional by benefit and I hear amazing things about the Hourglass primer. I've only used a sample and I enjoyed it but I haven't used it extensively enough to say more. I use the Cetephil (sp?) moisturizer for normal to oily skin and it's awesome. I also use the biore charcoal cleanser (not scrub) and it leaves my skin super matte but healthy looking.

Oh and my HG powder is the Make Up For Ever Duo Mat. It's honestly worth it. The thing is, I can't find many inexpensive things good for oily skin that compare to higher end. I'd shell out for at least one more expensive thing like the primer. They last a long time and will really help with your make up :)

Look into the boots No7 products they're all about the skin and the products are insanely good but seem to be underrated. :-)

When you are out n about...toilet seat covers are the best for blotting your face to get ride of yukky oil! Doesn't teakettle your makeup off either :)
