Hi beauties I have a question. its been on my mind every since I got it. came with my rimmel london liquid foundation and well I assumed you use it to help apply the foundation. not sure tho. is this just a top or is it really a tool because I'm completely stumped.

I believe it's just to stir the foundation? Or maybe to scoop it out onto the back of your hand. I can't see it as a helpful thing to apply foundation.

I was super confused when I found it in my new foundation also. I just use it to stir the foundation and dab it onto my hand. I dab it straight onto my face if I'm in a hurry, but I don't recommend that since it can spread and harbor bacteria.

It's to scoop out the foundation so you don't have to pound it on the back of your lol

Lol! ohh ok! I was like h mm I have no idea but now I know. but yeah maressa I do that too just dab onto my face but I should stop because it is germy.

I really should stop dabbing it right to my face also, but that little thing makes it so easy to be a lazy! Hehe.
