Coastal Scents, BH cosmetics, Morphe Brushes are like better than my bh and coastal scents. They have huge variety and some pretty amazing brushes.
I would waste too much on RT. I'm only some what satisfied with my Real Techniques brushes.
Sonia Kashuk does have some nice brushes like the retractable powder brush and a couple of her eye brushes. I like the Elf studio brushes. The C brush, the blush brush (it's strange shape is good for highlight application) and the contour brush. Also their kabuki brush is nice and soft :)

Real Techniques and Sonia Kashuk are probably the best affordable brushes. If you are willing to splurge a bit more, Sigma brushes are comparable to Mac.

I have the real tecniques starter set and face set ( or whatever is called) and I love them! I get them for 40?. I also like ecotools, they are good too.
