My honest opinion is that it wouldn't suit you. I think you have a lovely complexion, and the silvery colour would completely wash you out. If you want to make a change, consider getting some highlights! It doesn't sound like much, but it really makes a big difference to your overall look.

I actually think it would look lovely on you. You can always alter the shade to suit your skin tone more, making it a more cool toned or more warm toned silver. But I'm a sucker for white hair. And for the record, I think his lavender color would suit you also. (:

Also long as you keep your length, then yes it would be good on your fair skin. What do you do for makeup? I would recommend at least using a mineral veil to hide any red marks. What are you going to do with your brows? How are you going to lighten your hair? This can be tricky, I would recommend seeing a stylist. You want your hair to be "inside of a banana" and then toned. Make sure she's not fresh outta beauty school.
