I'd use a lot of their products the day of, if you own some. Especially so you can know the feel of them, they might ask questions about the company, or the products that they make. So I'd do lots of research on the products, what they stand for as a company, etc. What is the interview for? It would help give you ideas. :)

Yeah, they'll definitely ask about the company. I went to an Estée Lauder booth and was asking the girl how she got the job and stuff, and she had this whole list of things the manager asked during the interview. Stuff like what do you know about the company, what's our stand as a company, when were we established, how many ____ do we have, what's our price ranges, what does this product do etc. it was a crazy amount, and she said she got a lot of them wrong, and was honest with the manager that she didn't think it would be this extensive. She still got the job though lol. But just be prepared and know at least a bit about the company.
As for owning their products, I don't think it really matters since they most likely aren't going to know exactly what mascara/liner/shadow you're wearing unless they ask. So I wouldn't worry about buying anything before.

Well hey there girl. I'm a Platform Artist and Educator for Sexy Hair, and honestly, they want to see you sell. Know what products you are going to use, and memorize 2-3 ingredients for each, as you are applying it, talk about the ingredients, the benefits of those ingredients, and how that will make the customers life easier or better. If you forget, fake it, and at the end when they call you on it, acknowledge it, and let them know you were nervous but still wanted give them an idea off how you sell. Know what looks you are doing, and execute it well. Don't stress yourself out, keep it simple; there isn't an eye color on earth that doesn't look amazing with purple eyeliner. You can listen to the way I talk about product if you go to mutt YouTube channel KacieDJ ;) Good Luck.
