*wince* BioOil is largely mineral oil which can lead to breakouts as it sits atop the skin. Sunlight will darken scars. Please wear SPF. Vitamin C serum and exfoliating should help over time. You cannot get rid of them, hun, but you can do your best to keep your skin healthy. I'd ask my mom to take me to the derm for a consultation. They may prescribe something for you.

If you mean the little "dimple" scars, there's no way to get rid of them. I had the chickenpox twice and more than 10 years later I still have the dimples. Even my mom still has them from when she was a child...
But if you have the "normal" scars, bio oil can help you indeed :)

^ I don't wash it off I wait for the oil to be absorbed by my skin. I speak from experience, but do not expect any miracles. it can take a long time before the scars fade away, depending on how bad they are... be patient with it :)
