I have a really hard time finding a good exfoliator that isn't TO rough on my skin. Suggestions?

Dermalogica's daily micro exfolient is hands down the best exfolient I have ever used. It is soooo gently, because it is mostly enzymes that are exfoliating your skin, not little grains. But I'm telling you it works amazing! And last so long, because it's a powder that activates when you mix it with water in your hands.

Or you can go for something more gentle than beads like a glycolic acid exfoliator - no beads but still exfoliates n gently sloughs away dead skin cells - I like the one by Mario badescu only $15 :)

Philosophy MicroDelivery Wash. I have hyper sensitive skin. It's gentle and effective..leaving skin fresh, soft and smooth. Marshalls sometimes has it if you want to save a few bucks. You use so little that it lasts forevah!
