Add toothpaste in there too it works for a min or two but it literally burnt my skin and I had redness all over my face after taking it off.

While I agree that people shouldn't just start cutting things out of their diet willy nilly, dairy is actually not good for us. Many people have problems because of it, not even counting lactose intolerance. Just because it has calcium in it doesn't make it good for you. There are plenty of other sources to get calcium from without getting all the crap that comes with consuming dairy. It's found in green leafy veggies and all kinds of other places now. Of course you should always consult a doctor before making any huge changes, but I have to disagree that some things shouldn't be cut out because some definitely should, especially when it's been proven that it isn't really good for you. I also can't believe how many people still think the only ways to get calcium is from milk and vitamin d is from unnecessary sun exposure. That isn't aimed at anyone specifically, I just see the vitamin d/sun thing A LOT and it seems it's the same for dairy too. Just because that is the source that is promoted doesn't mean it's the only place you can get it from.
And Cintya, chemicals are not all bad. They are derived from nature as well, even natural ingredients have a chemical composition and chemical name. Obviously just like with anything people can have sensitivities and allergic reactions, but something isn't bad for you automatically because it's a chemical. Chemicals are very helpful in making safe and effective products.

I absolutely love when people hate on chemicals. I'm a chemistry major so I think it's hilarious. If you hate chemicals, well you hate the air you breathe. Cause guess what... Oxygen is a chemical! Obviously some solutions are not meant to be put on our skin, but don't go hating on chemicals girl!

I have never been a milk drinker. The only way I can consume it at all is in coffee or on cereal and even then I don't eat cereal that often. Coffee I do have daily but its literally only a splash of milk and I'm trying to cut even that out, I just haven't found anything that gives the same creaminess yet. When I make smoothies I use almond milk as well. My weakness is cheese lol. But again, don't eat that too often either. Recently I have been eating more yogurt because I was just on antibiotics for 2 months for acne so I wanted to get some good bacteria back into my gut because I'm sure it was completely out of whack from all the antibiotics. But I cannot drink milk straight, I find it disgusting. It smells bad and doesn't even taste good. It's meant for baby cows, not people lol.

Dairy includes milk yogurt cheese and all of that stuff. Lactose intolerance has nothing to do with not having the correct enzyme to break down the milk. So milk doesn't cause you to become lactose intolerant. What I love is how people complain about chemicals being in food and beauty products but we all are so gun hoe to take medicine when we need it to survive. Yes cow milk is intended for cows but I don't think many females really want people to drink breast milk therefore we have resorted to cows.

Correction sorry I changed my thought midway lactose intolerance involves not having the enzyme to break down milk! Hey if you want to completely cut out dairy go ahead. Just people who aren't as willing to research the topic do not need to be told to completely cut out dairy and may not think to take a supplement. This circle back to the original topic of discussion SAFETY FIRST! Research research and critique the source info comes from.
