I'm looking for a good cleanser that will take off my makeup and cleanse my face well but without drying my skin and also not too expensive.
Any good recommendations?

I'm afraid I can only tell you what not to get lol, where I live we only have yes to tomatoes from your list, and its horrible! made me break out like hell and I don't have sensitive skin or anything.

I highly suggest this Clearasil. It's $5 at wal mart and my first use it didn't dry my skin and got rid of a couple of my pimples. Also washed off my make up very well.
