I just got my belly button lierced today. I cleaned it before bed with the sea salt they gave me. But tomorrow should I clean it after or before my shower? I'm suppose to clean it twice a day.

I usually cleaned mine at the end of my shower with liquid dial antibacterial soap. and sprayed the sea salt spray when I was all dried off.

Exactly what jacqlyn said :) she very me too it :) but I've had my belly done for a few tears & it took literally 9 months to heal bcauz I didn't keep on the cleaning process, just also be careful not to over do it & do let it dry out every now & then :)

It doesn't really matter I think, I'd do it during or after just to make sure my shampoo or soap didn't get in but its all the same really as long as its cleaned twice a day. You could do a soak after if you wanted.
@Simmie not at all. I didn't feel mine, its just afterwards bending over hurts a little
