Definitely brown neutral eyeshadow or a brown Smokey eye. for lipstick I would go nude or pinkish nude because you don't want to distract from the dress

I got my dress at mossman and my shoes from this small shoe shop (but you can definitely get it from zara). & thank you everyone!
