what is difference between a setting powder and foundation powder?

A foundation powder is your skin color and a setting powder sets liquid foundations and such. It can have a bit of color to it but nothing drastic.

A foundation powder usually provides a lot more coverage than a setting powder. Setting powders are used over liquid foundations to keep it in place and to irradiate shine, where as foundation powders are normally used on their own.
