My friend bought something from estée Lauder that worked wonders for her. Sorry, I can't remember the name :/ but good luck!

I have awful dark circles and have spent god knows how much on 'wonder products' that promised to reduce them. I can honestly say none of them worked at all. The best thing for dark circles is to buy a good concealer and coconut oil. I find that using a cotton ball to apply the oil under my eyes at night just helps to brighten your eyes up a bit. I hope this helps :)

Any cream whether face or eye cream actually do not penetrate inside the skin like a dermal injection does when you do a botox or face lift etc. These creams just add some moisturizing effect to your skin. You can maintain a healthier diet and sleeping well. You can buy a corrector and concealer that are creamy to cover them with makeup.
Besides that at home you can use a combination of home remedy and eye cream.
Use potato slices since they have some kind of bleaching agent do it every other day or so for 10 mins. Apply a paste of turmeric powder with pineapple juice for dark circles under the eyes
some remedies that might help. Try them.
