I match mine to my neck &/or jaw too! One occasion, my neck is lighter than the rest of my body so I try to get one shade darker than my neck & blend it downward.

Lol I usually do the same as you! I matched it with my wrist and hand before but when I bought it the shade was a little off, I still use it though..I just really blend it.

When I want to match a new foundation I usually will skip wearing foundation that day just so I can match the foundation to my face instead of my neck. It just makes me more comfortable knowing that it is the sane color as my actual face lol. Everytime I used to go somewhere like Macys they always matched the foundation to the back of my hand and that always really bothered me because my body usually has a little more of a tan than my face.

Jawline doesn't work if you've got a two toned face (like me). I match to the lightest portion of my face, aka the center.

I get a sample and match it to my neck in sunlight.

I usually just guess what color my skin is lol. I should start comparing to my neck because sometimes my foundation is either too dark or light.

I never really match foundations. kinda weird, I just buy the lightest shade and hope it's pale enough. But now I have a White foundation that I add to any darker ones. but I suppose the first time I went I matched it to just jawline and it seemed to work Well.
