NARSissist eyeshadow pallette?

Hi guys, so while browsing the sephora website today, I found the newest Nars eyeshadow palette, the NARSissist, it is a collection of 15 gorgeous looking neutrals, and was wondering your opinions and reviews on it.

Ahhhh I want the palette so bad! I haven't brought myself to spend the money yet but I did do some swatching and playing around in my local Sephora. When I tried them on my hand they were very smooth and buttery, not crumble at all. They were also so pigmented and the colors are even more divine in person. The shimmer shades are beautiful of course. The only thing is the colors are pretty basic and the palette is kind of small, like much smaller than you'd think. If you don't already have neutral shadows, you probably won't need it, but if you are looking for good neutrals this is the palette for you!

Thanks Cami! When I read that the eyeshadows were only 0.03 ounces I thought it might be small, but nonetheless, I'll need to go to my local Sephora and covet it in person!

I've had very bad luck with Nars eyeshadows. When I went to go look at it and swatch it, I found the colors to be chalky, and very very thin in terms of pigmentation. They didn't apply nicely, and they didn't have particularly impressive payoff either. Of course, that's just me, but that's every experience I've ever had with Nars shadows.

I've had some very bad experiences with Nars shadows. Neutral palettes that I actually like...I really really like the Kat Von D True Romance Palette in Saint. It's gorgeous, and the shadows are so pigmented and lovely.

I've heard that the quality of the palette really depends on each individual palette. Some people have gotten really nice pigment and others have gotten powdery and chalky eyeshadow. I don't think it's worth it honestly, especially for that price.

I'm in the same boat as hannah I've had bad luck with nars eyeshadows thats why I don't turn to look at them no more don't get me wrong the palette looks good but my disappointment with the other palettes is way to big so I'd rather not look... As for neutral palettes I really like the naked palette and too faced naked eye and neutral eye palette.
