Well, I've yet to find that type of longevity in a lipstick, but you may want to try a lip stain like Revlon Just Bitten Kissable lip stains. I also really enjoy the Hourglass Immaculate Lip Stain. in terms of actual lipstick longevity I've found a few things that work.
-Apply lip primer like Too Faced Lip Insurance
-Apply lip liner in the same color as your lips or as your lipstick (or clear, Urban Decay makes a good one called Ozone)
-Apply your lipstick, blot, and then apply some loose translucent powder (I prefer the Coty Airspun Loose Powder)
-Apply lipstick again and you're good to go
OR
-Apply lip primer (Too Faced again)
-Apply a liquid lipstick (I like the Lime Crime Velvetine in Red Velvet, but I have problems with it transferring if worn alone)
-Apply a lipstick top coat (Anna Sui makes one, sold here on Beautylish, though it's pricy it's very very good and seriously locks your lipstick into place)

You might to think about formula vs brand. Hourglass has a nice liquid rouge lipstick that hangs around for the long haul. Dries down to a semi-matte finish and even after removal it doesn't leave the lips feeling dried out ( well that has been my experience). You also have OCC lip tars but some shades work better than others so its all about trial and error. YSL also has a liquid lipstick that performs well but is super pricey. MAC's retro mattes collection is great as well.

Urban Decay lip liners + their new lipsticks = My lips still look good after a McDonalds double cheeseburger. Putting a bit of setting powder over your lipstick then reapplying said lipstick also works well.

I think that Clinique chubby sticks stay on pretty well.

Recently I bought a lip primer and conditioner from Mac it's suppose to help keep the lipstick on I'll let you know if it helps at all! And some lipsticks I love that some may not agree on are:
•Mac
•Tarte
•Rimmel London Kate moss edition
•Lime crime ( is my too favorite it's super pigmented and stays on the longest).
•revlon just bitten kissable lip stains (I think someone suggested too)

The Melt Cosmetic Lipsticks are divine. Unique colors, long lasting, creamy, and pigmented. They last longer than any other I have used.

Melt cosmetics lasts forever, the first time I wore one it was a bright pinkish red shade, I put it on before school (730am-ish) no lip liner or anything, went to school, didn't touch it up at all, went home and did a bunch of at home workouts on the Xbox kinect, had a shower and I still had 95% of my lipstick on, it was a tad feathered because I didn't put lip liner on, and it had faded a little, but it was still intense. It was crazy. I've tried 6 of them and they're all like that. The makeup forever lipsticks last a long time too.

Melt is fabulous.
And the MAC Prep+Prime is ok, but I found it didn't do much for staying power.
