I think it would look nice at your tips or the bottom layer of your hair in my opinion

Maybe at the bottom part of your hair or as highlights but don't use the top part of your hair. In your bangs too maybe?

People do tips all the time and it looks fine. I've also done ombre and highlights on myself many times. I'm always dying my hair at home so I know what I'm doing ^_^
