I have really dry skin and atopic dermatitis. I don't have a lot of pimples, I just get a few and they are really big and noticeable. How to get rid of them and prevent them in the first place?

You can use turmeric too. Just take a pinch of turmeric add water to make paste and apply it directly on the problem area. If you use it regularly turmeric will dry your pimples. I am using it for a long while so I use turmeric directly on my skin but I guess you haven't used this earlier so mix turmeric with chicken pea flour or with any of your mud pack and then apply it on your face. Turmeric causes lil irritation so don't use it in excess amount it will cause irritation and makes your skin yellow too. If it still cause irritation you can add honey in it.
