Oily skin question!!

This is probably a dumb question, but what is the difference between oily skin and glowey skin? And is oily skin really that bad? And does oily skin break you out? Does oily skin make you look bad?

If your skin is just naturally really shiny without makeup on then you probably have oily skin. I have oily skin and acne. Glowing skin is more of an effect than a foundation can give you. It all depends.
