Airplane Regulations For Beauty?

I'm going on a plane in about a month and I'm going to be in Florida for 8 days. Does anyone know the regulations for fluids in carry on bags? I need to bring my Moroccan oil, my face moisturizer, face wash and face primer. What is the maximum number of ounces that they can be? thank you 💋

I don't think size matters as long as it's not a carry on. I've even flying since I was 5 and as long as it wasn't a carry on bag I could have anything really except you know weapons, drugs, etc.

If your trying to carry it on, like in your purse or something. They have to be in a clear plastic bag. It can either be a zip lock baggy or one you can get at the drugstore. I'm not sure on the size but I know they have to be in a bag because they stopped me and told me I needed to put mine in a bag. They were nice enough to give me some ziplock bags but it could differ from airport to airport whether they have those ziplock bags or not.

Thank you so much! I'm going to have my makeup that's not liquid in a zip up makeup bag, my medicine in a ziplock and then the travel containers in another ziplock. 💋

I usually always just keep my makeup in my checked luggage so I don't have to worry about it because they may (most likely) make you throw it away if its over 3oz in a carry on.

Totally agree with Lisa, thats what I do too. Just keep the indispensable stuff in the hand baggage and tonnes of stuff in the checked in bag lol.

I think each liquid item has to be 3 oz or less but all the containers must fit into a Ziploc bag size bag.

I always do carry on with my ziplocs and 3 oz. 3 oz. is actually quite a bit of liquid. I place them in the bin along with any meds that I've bagged. They pay no mind to my lipstick, shadow or blush, but I keep it in a ziploc anyway (inside my bag) and it goes through the xray.

Brianna, since 9/11 and then "The Shoe Bomber" , the reason given is "for security purposes". They site attempts to bring on or use a liquid explosive as a main reason. Any fluids purchased after passing security..even unsealed...are permissible on the plane. (such as a bottle of water)
