Eyeliner (on water line only I don't hunk you need it on your top line) a bit of mascara. Also a tip for your hair. Shampoo every other day not every day, and only shampoo your scalp. Condition every day and only from the nab of your neck down. You need a good moisturizing conditioner, I like anything from the brand organix. I also recommend using a hydrating oil on your damp hair. Also let your hair air dry if you already don't. And one thing that will cut down frizzy a lot is only brush your hair when it wet, don't brush it when its dry. My sister has hair like you and this really helps her.
