Yea don't mess with it , its probably a pimple that's under the skin or trying to come to a head , if you want you can put a hot towel up to it to bring it to a head or put a tiny bit of water and baking soda on it if your skin isn't really sensitive. But if it was me I wouldn't touch it , mine usually die down in a few days. Xoxo!

I get cystic acne here and there. Your best bet is to leave it alone. This type of acne can take weeks to months to go away. They're very deep under the skin, so you can either try some topical treatments or just wait it out. But do not try to pick at it!

I could be giving you the worst advice of your life but I watched a video last week about cystic acne and she said she put vicks vapour rub on it overnight and it basically disappeared

Also, I don't recommend it but if you're going to pick it only do it once and put baby powder on it so it doesn't scab.. That tip I actually did and it worked for me, was gone in a week. As I said before, I don't recommend picking it though.

Ice it and then rinse with very warm water...leaving a hit washcloth on it for a bit...then apply Bare Minerals Blemish Therapy. It is gentle..reduces redness and the powder dries out anything. I also recommend using Salicylic Acid. If you continue to get them, I'd see a derm.
