Anyone can pull off a pixie with the right bangs for their face. I say give it a try, hair always can be grown back, and you may love it! I loved my pixie, but grew my hair back out for my wedding, and now it's past my elbows. Take a hair adventure.

Thank you! I think I might do it for the summer because I want long hair for prom it's just such a risk lol!

Do it! It's only hair. Like Opal said, as long as you find the right cut for your face, you'll be good. And waiting for the summer sounds like it might be your best bet, since that way you won't have to deal with extensions and such so that you'll have your hair long for prom, plus you won't have lots of hair to make you hot and sticky in the summer :)

Yes you definitely should! You're already so beautiful and I think the shorter hair will really make your eyes and face pop! So jealous! :)

Don't cut your hair, I did and as soon as I'd cut it I wanted long hair again and had to get extensions

Take it from someone that has and loves her pixie cut, you should start out with a mid length cut and then go shorter and shorter as you feel comfortable. I went from long hair to a mid length with lots of layers to an inverted bob and then the pixie. It's so fast and easy to do my hair although its more maintenance. To keep the shape depending on how fast your hair grows you will have to get it cut once a month.

Or maybe get a wig and see how you like yourself with shorter hair without the commitment before making such a drastic change

I was considering doing that to and going to a stylist an asking what she thought, than you!
