Covergirl has one that I like. This is my first one (my lashes have somewhat of a permanent curl so I rarely need it) so I can't compare it to anything.

I remember seeing Jacqueline H. once saying that the curler by Billy B. (sold here on BL) is really good. If she says it's good, it's have to be. I'm looking into buying one soon :)
