Can you guys tell me about your favourite/HG felt tip liners? I really need a good quality, highly pigmented liner that will go on smoothly over eyeshadow. I've used hundreds and all seem to dry out within a few applications!
Also, any tips for making my liner last longer and go on smoothly?

My favorite ones are the Smashbox Heartbreak Liquid Liner
and Stila Stay All Day Liquid Liner.
They both have felt tips and go on very smoothly and stay all day without smudging. The tips are thin but can also be made into thicker lines. Easy to experiment and try all types of eyeliner styles. The only difference is the Stila one is waterproof and the smashbox is not, but they both don't smudge or move.

I have used Stila's and it is really good but I don't like how flimsy the tip feels, so I tried Kat Von D's and it is so good! I get both results but KVD is easier to apply especially in a rush:)

Haven't tried Stila, it's next on my list, but my current favorite is Marc Jacobs Magic Marc-er.
